SurePoint is seeking a People Operations Generalist & Recruiter to join our remote team supporting mid-sized law firms. You will own end-to-end recruiting, advise managers, and help manage performance, development, and people processes.

You will collaborate with a small People team to maintain policies, administer systems like Paylocity, and ensure compliant, fair processes across the organization. A bachelor’s degree and HR certification are preferred.
