We are looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager who understands EdTech operations and can efficiently manage multiple cohorts while ensuring a smooth and high-quality learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance cohorts from student onboarding to successful course completion.
• Coordinate with trainers, content, sales, technology, and student support teams.
• Manage course schedules, live sessions, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
• Track student attendance, engagement, completion rates, and feedback.
• Address student queries and operational challenges effectively.
• Maintain project timelines, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify process improvements to manage multiple cohorts smoothly at scale.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for students.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or cohort management in EdTech .
• Strong understanding of course operations and the complete learner journey.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive approach.
• Experience in finance, BFSI, or career-focused learning programs will be preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site from Malkapur .
