Job Title: Accountant

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a good understanding of accounting principles

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense statements. Handle accounts payable and receivable activities. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes. Support monthly accounts closing activities and MIS reporting. Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and financial records. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and accounts. Assist during audits and financial reviews.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation. Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google sheet and accounting software Zoho Books, or similar tools Good analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

IT Services Consulting Retail / E-commerce Shared Services

Qualification

B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification. Additional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
