Hiring | Associate Director – Marketplace

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Business Development & Studio Operations , driving revenue growth, client relationships, operational efficiency, and overall studio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and revenue growth

• Build and manage key client/partner relationships

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

• Manage end-to-end studio operations and workflows

• Ensure timely and efficient project execution

• Coordinate with creative, production and cross-functional teams

• Track business and operational KPIs

• Lead and mentor the studio operations team

Ideal Candidate:

✔ 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Studio Operations

✔ Strong client management and commercial acumen

✔ Experience in creative, production, media, fashion, retail or related industries

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

✔ Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities
