Live Hydration Spa is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse to serve as our Full-Time Nurse Manager. In addition to your salary and tips, you'll be eligible for a monthly revenue-based incentive program:
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional IV therapy, wellness, and injection servicesLead daily clinical operations and maintain smooth spa functionalityEnsure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate documentation and chartingSupport onboarding, training, and ongoing development of nursing staffAssist with inventory management and cost controlPromote a positive, collaborative team cultureDeliver outstanding customer service and client careHelp drive revenue growth and achievement of spa goalsQualificationsActive Nebraska RN license in good standingMinimum 2 years of nursing experience (leadership experience preferred)Strong clinical assessment and IV skillsExperience in wellness, aesthetics, emergency medicine, infusion therapy, or med spa environments preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and lead a teamPassion for health, wellness, and client educationIncentive Eligibility Requirements
To remain eligible for monthly incentives, the Nurse Manager must:Work 40 hours per week or utilize approved PTOMaintain all clinical, safety, and compliance standardsUphold Live Hydration Spa protocols and documentation requirementsComplete required training and assist in team developmentKeep controllable expenses within budgetDemonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional client careAdditionally, the spa must maintain posted operating hours unless an approved exception applies.
