Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Support Coordinator to act as a bridge between support requests and senior infrastructure engineers.

You will focus on coordination, execution of basic tasks, and operational follow-up .

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact between support teams and infrastructure engineers
• Route and track support requests and incidents
• Perform basic infrastructure tasks :
• VM creation and management ( VMware )
• Basic admin on Linux & Windows servers
• Monitor systems using Nagios and escalate alerts
• Provide Level 2 support for standard issues
• Execute routine operations:
• Patch management and updates
• Basic vulnerability remediation ( Tenable )
• Assist with:
• Fortinet firewall checks
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID user administration
• Maintain documentation and procedures

️ Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of
• Active Directory, DNS, domain environments
• Windows Server (2019/2022/2025)
• Linux (RedHat, Debian)
• VMware virtualization
• Monitoring tools (Nagios)

• Basic understanding of
• Web servers (Apache, Nginx)
• Databases ( MySQL, SQL Server )
• Familiarity with:
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
• Fortinet firewalls
• Grafana (basic visualization)

Profile

• 3+ years' experience in IT support / infra
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication
• Willing to grow into a sysadmin role
