Job Description Lead full lifecycle project management on commercial ground up and interior projects. Direct project teams including PMs, PEs, superintendents, and design partners. Own project execution: budgets, schedules, cost control, buyout, procurement, and financial reporting. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation using modern tools. Coordinate closely with preconstruction and design teams during early planning and estimating. Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service, communication, and responsiveness. Guide, mentor, and support junior team members and project staff. Partner with the business developer and operations leadership, no selling responsibilities, but strong client interaction expected. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction. Strong grounding in project management, ideally within designbuild or CM environments. Proven success managing complex commercial and hospitality projects. Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling (P6 preferred), and cost management. Comfortable leveraging a techforward environment (Procore, Revit, Ignite, UKG, etc.). Excellent communicator who values culture, teamwork, and transparency. Stable work history with reputable builders. Ability to build trust quickly with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
