SIU Claims Director

Reporting to the Vice President of Claims, the Director of Special Investigative Unit (SIU) provides strategic leadership for Plymouth Rocks enterprise fraud program across the Personal Lines Property & Casualty Claims organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and mitigation strategies across Auto, Homeowners, Casualty, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Physical Damage, Appraisal, and Major Case initiatives. The Director partners with Claims Operations, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, and Executive Leadership to reduce fraud-related losses, improve claim outcomes, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
