Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We're hiring an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi - an hour from Pune, tucked into the Sahyadri hills, overlooking the lake. Small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.

Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).

Who we're looking for

- 4-6 years in food & beverage service, with time spent running a restaurant or outlet floor at a boutique hotel or resort

- Experience with wellness-led or ingredient-first menus - Ayurveda, sattvic, farm-to-table, or a retreat kitchen. The F&B here is built around it, not bolted on

- Comfort with the full operating stack: covers and cost control, banqueting and private dining, stores and vendor coordination, HACCP and hygiene discipline

- Someone who can host a table as well as run a shift - guests here talk to the person serving them

- Pre-opening experience is a plus, not a must
