Description:

Strong experience in **SAP ABAP development in HR/HCM modules (Payroll, PA, Time Management)** - Design and develop **HR-specific objects** such as Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms (SmartForms/Adobe), and Conversions - Support **SAP HCM Payroll (US/Global)** with custom program development and enhancements - Work closely with functional teams to **translate business requirements into technical solutions** - Perform **debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution** for HR/Payroll programs - Develop and support **interfaces with external systems (banks, benefits, tax systems)** - Handle **enhancements (User exits, BAdIs), IDocs, BAPIs, and ALV reports** in HR context - Ensure compliance with **SDLC processes, documentation standards, and transport management** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, FI, Basis, Security) for end-to-end solution delivery
