About the Role We're hiring a Program Manager who takes full ownership of learner outcomes, not just task execution. This is a senior IC role with a clear path to people management for the right performer. You'll run multiple cohorts end-to-end, from onboarding through completion, in a space where curriculum, tools, and learner expectations shift fast. Comfort with ambiguity isn't a nice-to-h
