Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TGT role for Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, based in Bhopal. The educator will teach middle and secondary school classes, prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, and deliver engaging, concept-focused instruction. Daily responsibilities include assessing student performance, conducting formative and summative evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve. The role involves maintaining classroom discipline, organizing laboratory sessions and practical demonstrations (for Science subjects), and integrating activity-based learning methods. The educator will participate in staff meetings, parent interactions, school events, and ongoing professional development programs, while ensuring adherence to school policies and academic standards. A walk-in interview is scheduled for 3rd Aug 2026 at 10:00 AM at the school premises.
Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately. Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment for middle and secondary school levels. Ability to conduct science laboratory work safely, including planning experiments, maintaining lab equipment, and demonstrating practical applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact professionally with parents and guardians. Comfort with using basic educational technology, such as digital presentations, online resources, and learning management tools, to enhance classroom instruction. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics) or Education; B. Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred. Prior experience as a TGT or in teaching similar grade levels is an advantage; familiarity with recognized school curricula (e.g., CBSE or equivalent) is beneficial. Demonstrated commitment to student welfare, inclusive education practices, and continuous professional learning.
