Senior HVAC Sales/Technician

Join the One Hour Team! This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Must be able to sell. Job duties include servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Determines the general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoots malfunctions, and determines the extent of necessary repairs. Creates estimates and converts to sales in Service Titan mobile app. Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job. Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving. Wears floor savers while in the client's home. Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 to 5 years prior background as a technician in the HVAC industry with sales experience, NATE certification preferred, strong communication skills and technical competence, clean driving record, and a valid driver's license. Availability nights and weekends is a plus. Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour We want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
