Job Description

Amarr, part of global opening solutions company ASSA ABLOY, is hiring a process-oriented Office Administrator to join our distribution center team in Aurora, Co . This is the ideal position f or the person who loves handling a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast pa ce d , high vol ume environment .

In this position you will :

  • Efficiently answer and respond to telep hone calls and customers needs
  • Receive and process customer order s and invoices on a daily basis
  • Provide product quotes to customers
  • Develop a strong understanding of product line and services offered
  • Assist in inventory control, including purchase order receipts and transfers
  • Maintain daily receipts and bank statements
  • Maintain customer files and pricing
  • Assist in production, product pick-up, and product delivery schedules

Required Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year prior office administrative experience or related experience , preferably in the building supply industry
  • Clear and effective writte n and oral communication skills
  • High a ttention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environmen t

The Details: This position is Monday - Friday from 7:30am 4pm with occasional overtime. P ay rate is $26-31 b ased on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensur e and certifications . Additiona l compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.

B enefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off ( 13 days in your first year that you start earning immediately), Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of if you contribute!).
