Work Location: Sholinganallur Designation: Associate/ Analyst Process: Inbound Call Experience: 0-3 years / 3- 6 years in International Voice Process Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers with BTech/BE will not be eligible)Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approachClick below to Register:
