Job Description Accounting: Own the full accounting function, including financial close, consolidation, statutory reporting, and audit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all entities. Establish and enforce robust accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance with applicable standards (US GAAP / Ind AS) and regulatory requirements. Manage tax planning, filings, and transfer pricing across US and India operations. Lead automation of accounting workflows and ERP systems to improve close cycles and data integrity. FP&A: Own the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
