UCHealth is seeking motivated RNs for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship. This structured program supports new and transitioning nurses as they build advanced skills in caring for high-acuity, step-down patients. Fellows work alongside experienced preceptors, participating in hands-on clinical practice, classroom education, and simulation-based training. You’ll monitor complex patients, administer medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families through recovery.
