Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures. - Experience in integrating SAP CO modules with other enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with financial and management accounting processes within SAP environments. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive architectural solutions.
