Business Analyst - Lending

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations for our Lending solutions. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch’s solutions.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as Business Solution Documents (BSDs), user stories, test cases, etc.

• Work closely with the technology team to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.

• Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines and deliverables.

• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – including training end-users and guiding them through the UAT process.

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:

o Digital Lending / LOS / LMS

o Core Banking / Ledgers / Deposits

o Cards & Payments / Transaction platforms

• Fundamental understanding of credit workflows, financial calculations, reporting requirements, and integration-heavy environments.

• Exposure to Islamic financing or Arabic language capability is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and a drive to learn

• A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
