Supporting Ohio State's Conflict of Interest program, the full-time remote Research Compliance Analyst 2 will conduct routine COI reviews, advise research teams on disclosure forms, and manage compliance processes and training for researchers. Key responsibilities Conduct routine Conflict of Interest reviews and advise principal investigators on disclosure form completion Develop and manage processes for auditing COI compliance and conflict management plans Coordinate COI training for researchers and administrative staff while monitoring compliance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience A minimum of two years of experience in higher education, research administration, or compliance related to conflict of interest
