Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution Schedule and manage student classes Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming backWhat we're looking for:
Prior customer service experience Strong English communication Bachelor's degree Available to work from office (in-person role)Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
