Business Strategy Analyst Location: Mumbai What You'll Do Work closely with the Management and Business Strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information related to Sales, Products, new initiatives, and the company's organic and inorganic growth. Perform data crunching, data mining, and analyze sales data, including historical performance, market trends, and insights, to identify business opportunities and challenges. Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the Sales team and Management. Assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
