This will be more into tele sales, 80% outbound & 20% inbound.

#Location: Sector 135, Noida, Working from Office Only

#Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday fixed off)

#Exp Required: 06 months to 2 years in Tele Sales (Mandatory)

#salary: up to 450,000 per annum + incentive + travel allowances

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services/products.
• Engagement: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s offerings and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
• Lead Generation: Qualify leads through strategic questioning to assess their interest and ability to purchase.
• CRM: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with qualified leads, ensuring continuous engagement.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and lead generation.
• Graduation in any specific field.
