This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population of all ages. The clinic maintains structured clinical workflows consistent with FQHC standards and is supported by medical assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and a site supporter. The area offers clinicians on assignment a broad range of activities suited to varied interests. Outdoor pursuits include beaches, biking and hiking trails, and water sports, while cultural attractions encompass museums, sightseeing tours, and dining options representing cuisines from around the world. Flushing Meadows Corona Park, the largest park in the borough, is home to notable landmarks such as the Unisphere and the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, and the area provides convenient access to major transportation hubs, including JFK Airport, as well as distinct neighborhoods such as Forest Hills and Jamaica, each with its own character.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site FQHC clinic, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. The expected caseload is 20-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Required credentials include board certification or board eligibility, an active state medical license, DEA registration, BLS certification, and active Medicaid enrollment. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
