Les Conseilles is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Associate to join our team in Surat.
This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong drafting, contract management, negotiation, and advisory skills to build a meaningful career in corporate legal practice.
Position: Corporate Legal Associate
Location: Surat
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice
Salary: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts and legal agreements Negotiate contractual terms and conditions Provide legal consultancy and client advisory Draft agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) Prepare legal notices and related documentation Conduct risk analysis of contracts Redline contracts and identify potential legal and commercial risks Support clients in ensuring stronger contractual protections and complianceWhat We Are Looking For:
LLB or LLM qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant legal practice experience Excellent command of written and spoken English Strong contract drafting and reviewing capabilities Candidates with experience in drafting contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documentation are encouraged to apply Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsIf you are a motivated legal professional looking to take the next step in your corporate legal career, we would be pleased to hear from you.
