Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive, patient-centered physiotherapy services in an on-site, full-time role based in Navi Mumbai. Daily responsibilities include assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy. The role involves monitoring progress, documenting clinical findings, adjusting treatment protocols, and collaborating with medical and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The Physiotherapist will also educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques, preventive care, and home exercise programs, while maintaining high standards of clinical safety, ethics, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Formal training in physiotherapy, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy modalities, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage patient records, and follow evidence-based practice guidelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a structured healthcare setting, manage time efficiently, and handle a varied patient load.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, infection control, and continuous professional development.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center settings is desirable; familiarity with organic or holistic healthcare approaches is an advantage.
