Drive transformational change through Lean, TPM, Kaizen, WCM, and Continuous improvement practices.

Lean Manufacturing & TPM implementation
Kaizen culture and employee engagement
Productivity & cost improvement initiatives
5 S, Visual Management & Workplace Excellence
Training, coaching, and mentoring teams on Operational Excellence practices
Continuous improvement projects delivering measurable business impact
What we're looking for:
Engineering graduate/postgraduate
15+ years of manufacturing and operational excellence experience
Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Change Management
Proven ability to influence, engage, and drive sustainable improvements across multiple locations
