Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle estimating for large-scale industrial construction projectsDevelop competitive and commercially sound bid strategiesPrepare detailed quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost analysesCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, operations, and leadership teamsEvaluate project risks, opportunities, and market conditionsSupport go/no-go decisions and strategic project pursuitsContribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems
