Key ResponsibilitiesOversee operations for multiple Popeyes restaurant locations across the Arizona marketDrive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and operational performanceEnsure all locations maintain brand standards, food safety, and guest satisfaction expectationsCoach, mentor, and develop District Managers, General Managers, and restaurant leadership teamsAnalyze KPIs, financial reports, labor trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvementPartner with HR and Recruiting teams on staffing strategies, succession planning, and talent developmentSupport new restaurant openings, remodels, and operational rolloutsLead accountability around training, employee engagement, retention, and culture initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, state/federal employment laws, and safety regulationsConduct regular restaurant visits, operational audits, and performance reviews
Qualifications: 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience requiredPrevious QSR experience strongly preferredProven experience leading high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operationsStrong knowledge of P&L management, labor controls, and operational metricsDemonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to travel regularly throughout the Arizona marketExperience with staffing strategy, employee development, and operational coaching preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant reporting systemsBilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
