As we continue expanding our digital presence, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Operations Executive to help manage and improve our online customer experience and digital operations.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce & Digital Operations Executive will be responsible for maintaining our e-commerce platform, supporting CRM implementation, optimizing operational workflows, and contributing to the growth of our digital business.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce

Manage and maintain the company website. Upload and organize products, collections, pricing, inventory, and product information. Ensure the website provides a seamless customer experience across devices. Coordinate with developers and designers to implement website improvements. Manage payment gateways, shipping integrations, and order workflows.

CRM & Digital Operations

Support implementation and optimization of the company's CRM platform. Assist with CRM integration into website operations. Maintain customer data, enquiries, appointments, and automation workflows. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation. Monitor website functionality and coordinate issue resolution when required.

Growth & Performance

Support online product launches and seasonal campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team on landing pages and promotional initiatives. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on analytics. Support SEO, email marketing, and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, website management, or digital operations. Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, Word Press, Webflow, or similar. Familiarity with CRM platforms including Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Go High Level, or similar. Understanding of website integrations, APIs, and automation tools is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
