The Cambridge Division in North Billerica is hiring an experienced CMM Programmer to own dimensional inspection on production parts — building programs from 3D CAD models, running First Article Inspections, and giving engineering and production the data they need to hold tight tolerances. This is a hands-on quality role with real ownership of the CMM function and a $5,000 signing bonus. What you'll be doing Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs directly from 3D CAD models Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and capability studies Perform dimensional measurements using precision measurement tools Interpret statistical data (SPC) and communicate findings to engineering and production teams Support new product introductions through cross-functional collaboration Maintain CMM equipment calibration and safety compliance Machines, controls and software PC-DMIS CMM programming software, with programming directly from CAD models highly preferred.
