About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Client Servicing to manage B2 B client relationships and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with B2 B clients. Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Handle client calls, meetings, follow-ups, feedback, and project updates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and multiple client requirements. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proactively address client queries and resolve issues through effective coordination.

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2 B client servicing / account management. B2 B industry experience is mandatory. Experience in B2 B marketing, or related industries is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Confident in handling clients and senior stakeholders. Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Open to travel as required.
