Greetings from Anand Rathi Global Finance We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with mandatory experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) Below is brief JD. Contribute in Sourcing to loan disbursement of LAP Files. Oversee the entire process from sourcing to loan disbursement of Loan Against Property (LAP) files sourced by RMs. Should have market connect of 50 DSA channels. Good understanding of various programs like Vanila income, Low LTV, Banking Product, NIP/LIP etc. Basic Understanding on Financials and managing P&L. Schedule Daily Field visit with team to meet channel partners and build relationship Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Loan Against Property product, including eligibility criteria, valuation methodologies, and risk assessment. Take ownership of monthly Login activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and adherence to internal process. Meeting Self- Assigned disbursal targets as per credit policies. Should have minimum 4 years of Team handling Exposure Cultivate strong relationships with existing DSAs and develop new relationship. Should have been recognized on performance in current/Previous assignments. Interested candidate may share profile at
