We are hiring on behalf of White Apron Society, which is a luxury staffing service dedicated to the discerning needs of Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs) and their loved ones. We curate and place exceptional service professionals to manage private households with the utmost privacy and discretion.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Valet to join a private UHNI household. This is a hybrid role combining personal valet duties with core butler responsibilities — ideal for someone with a strong service background who enjoys both close personal support and formal household service. Candidates with butler experience looking to broaden their scope are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the principal's wardrobe: organizing, packing, and maintaining garments, accessories, and footwear
• Assist with daily personal presentation, dressing support, and grooming logistics as required
• Provide formal service support — table service, beverage service, and hosting assistance for guests and events
• Coordinate with tailors, stylists, and dry cleaners to maintain wardrobe quality
• Support household coordination alongside other staff (housekeeping, chauffeurs, chefs, security)
• Travel with the principal domestically and internationally, replicating service standards on the go
• Maintain meticulous inventory of clothing, accessories, silverware, and other personal/household items
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and logistics tied to personal appointments and events
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Valet, Butler, Personal Assistant, or in a similar personal/formal service role within a private household or luxury hospitality setting
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
• Willingness to travel internationally at short notice
• Verifiable references from previous employers

Good-to-Have

• Experience working across both personal valet duties and formal butler-style service
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
• Valid passport with existing visas for key destinations (US, UK, Schengen)
• Prior exposure to international households or luxury hospitality brands
