Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Zywave is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights for our Sales and Client Success teams. You'll own key metrics reporting, partner with U.S.-based stakeholders, and turn business questions into trusted dashboards and analysis.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, bookings, forecast, win rate, renewals, and churn
• Create and optimize Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM-based views
• Use Snowflake/SQL to pull, transform, and validate sales and CS data
• Analyze SaaS metrics to uncover root causes behind missed bookings, pipeline gaps, and churn
• Build reporting assets in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and stakeholder support

What you bring:

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Analytics, or SaaS Analytics
• Strong grasp of B2B SaaS metrics (pipeline, bookings, forecast, churn, retention, expansion)
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience
• Strong SQL/Snowflake and BI tool experience
• Excellent communication, QA, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work U.S. business hours

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurtech, fintech, HR tech, or similar B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with tools like Clari, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, or CPQ platforms
