Job DetailsJob Location: VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB - Naples, FL 34108Job Category: Hospitality - HotelPosition is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items. Also responsible for completing light grounds work including trash disposal and curb sweeping. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction.

QualificationsMust read, write and speak English. Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required.

Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently. Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in order to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required by various job duties. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction.

The schedule will generally be Sundays and Mondays 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM, but scheduling may be subject to change based on business demands and necessities, so some flexibility is required.
