Job Location: Candidates based in Mumbai only We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager from the Recruitment & Staffing industry with strong expertise in New Client Acquisition for IT & Non-IT hiring solutions across the domestic market. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for Recruitment & Staffing services. Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures. Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and key decision-makers. Drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio. Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
