Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent spoken and written English & Hindi skills to join our growing team. This role will primarily involve handling customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, exchanges, returns, refunds, and product information.
• Provide accurate and empathetic responses while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team whenever necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Handle voice calls as and when required.

Requirements

• Excellent coversational and spoken English.
• Compassionate tone, can come up with fast and prompt solutions
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.
• Experience in chat support is preferred.
• Good grammar skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Excel Sheet, Google Sheet, MS Office and CRM/customer support tools is an advantage.
• Graduate preferred.
