Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Cardiopulmonary Rehab program in Salt Lake City. In this on-site role, you will deliver specialized nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac and pulmonary events, providing assessment, exercise monitoring, education, and support to promote safe recovery and long-term heart and lung health.
