Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
• Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA Inter/CA Qualified will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in an NBFC.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind AS, and RBI regulations.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in the NBFC or Financial Services industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and drive continuous process improvements.
