International Sales Specialist

As an International Sales Specialist, you're a patient's first point of contact and first trusted advisor. You take their uncertainty about cost, quality, and logistics and turn it into a clear, credible plan, matched to the right hospital and surgeon across our 350+ partner network.

Your mission: Move qualified leads from "exploring" to "ready for a conversation with a doctor."

What You'll Do:

• Lead Qualification & Intake - Understand patients' medical needs, concerns, budget, and goals to identify qualified opportunities.
• Research & Treatment Planning - Match patients with the right hospitals and specialists based on treatment options, cost, and provider expertise.
• TC Coordination - Manage appointments, documentation, and communication to line up doctor consultations smoothly.
• Patient Communication - Build trust through clear, empathetic, professional communication at every step.
• Analytics & Optimisation - Track conversion trends and flag ideas to improve the process.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role (international sales, customer success, patient support, or client relationship management), ideally with US or international clients.
• Hospitality background a plus (luxury hotels, premium travel/tourism brands, or similar customer-focused industries).
• Track record generating leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities in an international sales context.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable across countries, cultures, and time zones.
