Job Title: Recruiter II Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 months Work Mode: [[33_Work Mode]] WHAT THE CLIENT DOES? A cloud-based software company that provides customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. It helps businesses manage customer interactions, sales, marketing, service, and analytics through a suite of tools. Will you schedule your own interviews in Fieldglass or would you like to opt-in for StaffUp support with scheduling? Support Aside from the job description, what will a typical day for this contractor look like? We are looking for highly driven sales recruiters to partner with hiring managers to understand their current openings and partner with the extended sourcing/recruiting team to allocate pipeline across those openings. The recruiters will also be responsible for leading weekly forecast calls with clients and driving pipeline across other openings within the Small Medium Business Sales Org. They also will partner with recruiting coordinators to ensure scheduling roadblocks are solve quickly Must have skills: High-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments Client management experience Experience with profile calibration, pipeline management and competency based interviews Excellent communication and candidate experience skills Familiarity with SaaS/tech sales hiring preferred Ability to move quickly and build quality pipelines fast 3 x in office/week.
