Presales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver end-to-end pre-sales technical support for SEUIC’s AIDC product lines in the local market.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations and technical workshops for local prospects and enterprise clients.
3. Collaborate with the local sales team to match and recommend the most suitable SEUIC hardware products (PDA, industrial tablet, RFID devices) based on client’s on-site usage scenarios and functional requirements.
4. Respond to technical inquiries, prepare pre-sales documents including technical proposals, solution briefs and quotation supporting materials.
5. Participate in local industry events, partner meetings and product promotion activities to showcase SEUIC’s technical advantages.
6. Collect local market technical demands, competitor product information and feed back optimization suggestions to SEUIC’s global R&D and product team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation or related technical fields.
2. 2+ years of pre-sales experience in AIDC, industrial mobile devices, RFID or related enterprise IT industries.
3. Solid technical knowledge of PDA, industrial tablets, RFID hardware and typical industry application scenarios.
4. Fluent in English (working proficiency) and local languages, with excellent presentation and cross-team communication skills.
5. Capable of independent remote work, with strong self-management ability to coordinate multi-party tasks across different time zones.
6. Prior experience serving local enterprise clients in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or public sectors is a strong plus.
