Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Junior Lecturer (JL) to teach Intermediate (Classes 11 & 12) students following the State Board curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students. Candidates with experience in competitive exam preparation (EAPCET/NEET/JEE Foundation) will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery

• Teach Chemistry for Intermediate (Classes 11 & 12) as per the prescribed syllabus.
• Deliver concept-based, interactive, and student-focused classroom sessions.
• Strengthen students' conceptual understanding and analytical thinking.

Lesson Planning

• Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with the academic calendar.
• Develop assignments, worksheets, question banks, and revision materials.
• Integrate digital tools and smart classroom technologies into teaching.

Student Assessment

• Conduct periodic tests, unit tests, practical assessments, and examinations.
• Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records and monitor student progress.

Classroom Management

• Create a disciplined, engaging, and positive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and collaborative learning.

Parent Communication

• Discuss students' academic performance and progress with parents during meetings.
• Suggest improvement strategies wherever required.

Professional Development

• Participate actively in faculty meetings, workshops, training sessions, and academic planning activities.
• Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.

Qualification Requirements

• Postgraduate Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry.
• B.Ed. is preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience for Intermediate/Junior College students.
• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and digital teaching tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Student-centric and result-oriented teaching approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams.
• Experience in EAPCET, NEET, or JEE Foundation coaching will be an added advantage.
• Consistent academic results and excellent student feedback will be preferred.

Screening Process

• Subject-Wise Written Test - Assessment of Chemistry subject knowledge.
• Computer Proficiency Test - Evaluation of MS Office and digital teaching skills.
• Reading & Communication Test - Assessment of English fluency, pronunciation, and communication through MS Teams.
• Teaching Demonstration - Classroom demo to evaluate teaching methodology, clarity, subject expertise, and student engagement.
• Personal Interview - Final discussion with the Academic Panel.
