Role Description The Senior 3D Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality 3D designs for events, exhibitions, stages, booths, and experiential brand spaces, aligned with client briefs and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing 3D models, texturing, lighting, and rendering; collaborating with creative, production, and client-servicing teams to translate ideas into visually compelling environments; and refining designs based on feedback and technical feasibility. The Senior 3D Designer will also contribute to mood boards and design presentations, ensure brand consistency across visual assets, and stay current with industry trends and software updates to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for events, exhibitions, and experiential spaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design to support visual storytelling, branding, and presentation layouts.
• Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio of event, exhibition, or spatial design projects, with attention to detail and functionality.
• Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines.
• Candidates should ideally have atleast 10 years of relevant experience in event, exhibition, or agency environments; a degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
