Job Description
Key Responsibilities Identifying counterfeit, duplicate, or fake products in the market. Conducting market intelligence through investigators and distributors. Tracking unauthorized manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Coordinating raids with: Local Police Crime Branch Legal authorities Private investigation agencies Collecting evidence and preparing legal documentation. Filing civil or criminal cases against counterfeiters. Working closely with legal, sales, supply chain, and external investigators. Training distributors and sales teams to identify counterfeit products. Monitoring online marketplaces for fake products.
