Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, payroll and staff scheduling.
Review sales results and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain excellent retail standards and ensure the store reflects the brand's identity and values.
About You We're keen to speak with an ambitious retail leader who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for beauty, people development and customer service.
You'll ideally have: Experience managing a retail business, department or high-performing store.
A strong track record of driving sales and achieving commercial targets.
Confident leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
