In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of sales positions, owning the process from requisition creation through offer stage. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience while operating within a lean recruiting team.

What the team is looking for• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting end to end for sales specific roles in pharmaceutical, medical and/or technology preferred, ideally in a high-volume environment• Ability to independently own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management without coordinator support• Strong communicator xzbcwsv who is proactive, organized, and responsive• Comfortable prioritizing multiple requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to ramp quickly in a lean team setting
