Optometry Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $121.25 - $131.25
This facility is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Types of Cases: Routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, redeye, eye urgencies, and emergencies
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45 – 60 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications Required: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card and Glaucoma Certified
- Licensure Required: Active California license is required
