Jr Graphic Designer

Stryder Consulting is a management consulting firm specializing in Digital, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce growth for enterprises and startups. We partner with leading brands to help them scale across platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, and other digital marketplaces. Our team combines strategy, creativity, and execution to deliver impactful business growth through data-driven marketing, branding, and innovative digital solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, presentations, and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about translating ideas into visually engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

The candidate's key responsibilities would include the following:

• Design high quality creatives for social media platforms, digital ads, landing page, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Create engaging static graphics, carousels, infographics, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop brand assets and ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and consulting teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Design creatives for e-commerce marketplaces including product banners, A+ content, storefront assets, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with video editors to create supporting graphics, thumbnails, motion assets, and visual elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve creative outputs.
• Maintain organized design files and brand asset libraries.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma .
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Freepik, Kling, Claude is mandatory. 
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding principles.
• Experience designing for social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs that align with marketing objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising agencies, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
